your data.
How to ask Ten-4 Works to delete your account and the data tied to it. Requests are confirmed and completed within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@ten4.works from the email address on your Ten-4 account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my Ten-4 data”. Include your company name and whether you want everything deleted or only specific jobs or recordings.
- We reply within five business days to confirm the request and verify that it comes from the account holder. We may ask you to confirm from inside the app.
- We delete the data within 30 days of confirmation and send you a note when it is done. Backups are purged within 90 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email, password, device records and sign-in history.
- The job content you own: audio recordings, transcripts, photos, video, notes, report drafts and finished reports.
- Your usage and crash data tied to the account.
What we keep
- Invoices and records we are required to keep for tax, legal or security reasons, for as long as the law requires.
- De-identified data that no longer identifies you or your customers.
- Copies of reports already sent to your customers or your office by email or PDF; those live with the recipients.
Workspaces and crews
Job content captured for a company belongs to that company’s workspace. If you are a technician in a company workspace, we delete your personal account on your request and route the request for job content to the workspace administrator, who decides what the company keeps. Company administrators can ask us to delete the entire workspace.
Ray-Ban Meta AR glasses
Audio and video captured through the glasses also pass through the Meta AI app. Deleting data from Ten-4 does not delete copies that Meta holds; use the controls in the Meta AI app and your Meta account for those.
Deleting single jobs or recordings
You can delete individual recordings, photos and drafts from inside the Ten-4 app and the Embarcadero Labs workspace, or ask us by email to delete specific items.
