## Facts

- Trial: 14 days, no card, no automatic charge. Starts after a 20-minute setup call in which the customer's own form is built into the app.
- Pricing (USD, team totals, before tax): monthly $49 for 1 seat, $100 for 3, $140 for 5, $290 for 10; past five seats each adds $30/month; yearly $540, $1,080, $1,500. A seat is anyone who captures in the field; office review is included. Yearly plans are paid up front, not refunded, and include one pair of Ray-Ban Meta AR glasses that the customer keeps.
- Devices: iPhone today, Android imminent. AR glasses optional, for walkthroughs and closeout; not worn when PPE goes on. Works offline and syncs later.
- Capture: spoken numbers land in numeric fields; saying "moving to RTU-05" opens a new section; photos-only drafting for techs who do not narrate; Spanish audio drafts in English.
- Output: PDF and email the moment the recording stops. A ServiceTitan integration is in the works (not live yet).
- Review: Ten-4 drafts and flags what the tech skipped (no reading, no after photo, no parts, no signature). A person checks and signs. Ten-4 is the write-up, not the inspector: it does not inspect, test, grade work or make code determinations.
- Data: customer audio and photos are stored in the customer's Embarcadero Labs workspace; retention per plan.
